JED Logistics provides UK domestic and UK-to-Africa logistics including express parcels, removals, man and van, and door-to-door cargo. Service scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in your quote or booking confirmation.

We operate extended UK hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where stated on our website or in your booking.

Quotes are based on information you provide. Final charges may change if weight, dimensions, route, or service requirements differ from the quote.

A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and, where applicable, you pay any required deposit or agree collection details in writing.

You must provide accurate collection and delivery details and ensure that:

For international shipments, you are responsible for truthful declarations unless we agree in writing to prepare documentation on your behalf. Customs delays, inspections, duties, and taxes may apply at destination and are typically payable by the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

We will handle customs paperwork where included in your selected service, but cannot guarantee clearance times controlled by border authorities.

We take reasonable care of goods in our possession. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law and any applicable carriage terms provided at booking.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a collection. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the scheduled slot you cancel and any costs already incurred.

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape content or disrupt services. Tracking information is provided for legitimate customers with a valid reference.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
